Extended support for Samsung CP45 and SM320 pick and place machines?
Samsung/Hanwha has ended official support for the CP45 series pick and place machines and some older models (the SM3xx series), and the manufacturer refuses to carry out any kind of work on them. If these machines are still on your line, you are left without a service channel for equipment that can not simply be replaced overnight.

Installation
Planning a CP45 or SM320 that is coming out of storage, moving between sites or joining an existing line? We take care of the physical installation, utilities check, line integration and commissioning, so the machine starts producing instead of sitting on the factory floor.
Maintenance

Repair

Calibration
Placement quality lives and dies on calibration. We align the vision system, heads, nozzles and fiducial handling, verify placement accuracy against your components and tune the machine back to a repeatable, verifiable process window.

Need more capacity, a modern control PC, newer software, or better compatibility with today’s feeders and boards? We evaluate and perform upgrades that make sense for your production, and we tell you honestly when an upgrade is not worth the cost.
