Privacy Policy
Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Privacy Code), this policy describes how the personal data of users of the website unfoxo.it (hereinafter the “Site”) is processed.
1. Data Controller
The Data Controller is Edoardo Codeglia, residing in Paderno D'Adda, VAT No. IT04272590136, who can be contacted at the following email address: privagmail.comcy@gmail.comunfogmail.comxo.it
The server hosting the Website is located in Italy and is managed directly by the Data Controller.
2. Types of Data Processed and Purposes of Processing
a) Browsing data (System logs)
The IT systems and software procedures used to operate the Website (specifically, the web server) acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This data includes:
- IP address of the request source
- Browser type and operating system
- Referrer and destination page (referrer)
- Date and time of the request
This data is processed exclusively for the purposes of security, debugging, and technical maintenance of the Site. The legal basis justifying the processing is the Data Controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6, para. 1, letter f of the GDPR) in ensuring the proper and secure operation of its server.
Web server logs are retained for a maximum period of 14 days, after which they are automatically deleted.
b) Data provided voluntarily by the user (Contact Form)
The optional, explicit, and voluntary submission of messages via the Website’s contact form entails the collection of the personal data entered, such as:
- Sender’s email address
- First and last name (if requested by the form)
- Content of the message sent
The data provided via the contact form is used solely for the purpose of responding to the user’s request and providing the requested information. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures at the data subject’s request. Providing the data is optional, but refusal to do so will make it impossible to receive a response to the submitted request.
Data received via the contact form will be retained for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected (i.e., until the request is fully resolved), and no longer than 12 months from the date the request was processed, unless otherwise required by law.
3. Cookies and Profiling
This Website does not use profiling or third-party cookies; any technical cookies are limited to the functioning of the site and do not perform any user profiling activities.
4. Methods of Processing
The processing of personal data is carried out through the operations indicated in Article 4 of the GDPR, specifically: collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, consultation, use, erasure, or destruction. The data is processed using IT and/or telecommunications tools by the Data Controller, through appropriate technical and organizational measures pursuant to Article 32 of the GDPR, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, and transparency.
5. Communication and Disclosure of Data
Personal data is processed directly by the Data Controller using its own IT infrastructure, located in Italy. No third-party providers are used for the processing of personal data in connection with the provision of the service (e.g., hosting, cloud, analytics).
Depending on the visitor’s geographic location, network traffic may pass through telecommunications operators, which do not process data on behalf of the Data Controller but act as independent data controllers limited to managing connectivity.
Data may be disclosed to public or private entities solely in compliance with specific obligations under the law, EU regulations, or provisions of the competent authorities.
6. Rights of the Data Subject
Pursuant to Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR, the data subject has the right to:
- Access their personal data;
- Obtain the rectification or erasure of such data;
- Obtain the restriction of processing;
- Object to the processing;
- Request data portability;
- Lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
To exercise their rights, data subjects may submit a request to the Data Controller by writing to the email address provided in the first paragraph of this page.
7. Changes to this Policy
The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to this Policy at any time, notifying users on this page. Please review this page regularly.
